Daily tracked visitors by channel
Segmetrics pageview visitors per day, stacked by channel. Day buckets are America/New_York; “referral” and “direct” are inflated by the attribution bugs in the audit until fixed.
Daily newsletter signups
New contacts created in Segmetrics per day (consistent with Mailchimp’s net list growth; Mailchimp’s own daily “subscribes” overcount — see Data notes).
Daily money (EUR, from Digistore24)
Sold = full contract value of new purchases booked on the sale date · Collected = cash received that day incl. installments of older sales, gross · Refunds = refunded/chargeback cash that day. USD/GBP converted at that day’s ECB rate.
Traffic sources (normalized)
Raw utm_source variants normalized per the UTM SOP. Leads/orders/revenue are Segmetrics-attributed (USD, full-funnel) — attribution, not cash; “(none)” is the unattributed bucket the audit addresses.
Program zoom
Pick a program: daily money from Digistore24 plus post-purchase study engagement from Teachable.
Daily Meta ad spend
Spend as reported by Meta via the Segmetrics Facebook Ads integration, in USD.
Daily ad-attributed new leads
New contacts Segmetrics attributes to paid ads (full-funnel). Ad-attributed orders are listed in the tiles; they under-count while the audit’s attribution bugs are open.
Sales & newsletter emails in the window
Per campaign: Mailchimp delivery stats, clicks on techworld-with-nana.com links, and the sales-page visitors Segmetrics could attribute to the email’s utm_campaign.
On-page funnel (sessions, last 30 days)
Of all sessions on the new site: how many clicked any CTA, opened a signup popup, submitted a signup, and clicked through to checkout.
Pages
Views, sessions, how far people scroll and median time on page.
CTA clicks
purchase = Digistore/Teachable checkout links · signup_popup = opens a download/quote popup · navigate = internal buttons.
Frustration signals
Rage clicks (repeated clicking) and dead clicks (clicks that do nothing) — each row is a UX bug candidate.
Consent coverage
The consent banner (EU/EEA/UK/CH): shown vs accepted per country. Decliners are invisible to Segmetrics/PostHog — this quantifies the attribution blind spot.
What each number means
- Sold (EUR)
- New purchases whose first payment ran that day; valued at the full contract value (first payment + all remaining installments), booked on the sale date. Source: Digistore24. USD/GBP converted at that day’s ECB reference rate and flagged.
- Collected (EUR)
- Cash actually received that day — including installment payments of sales made months ago. Gross; refunds are shown separately so you can read gross and net.
- Refunds (EUR)
- Refund and chargeback cash that day, as a positive number.
- Visitors
- Segmetrics unique visitors per day/channel (account timezone America/New_York). Full-funnel attribution lets one visitor appear under several channels.
- New leads
- New contacts created in Segmetrics that day (first seen). This is the signups series; it reconciles with Mailchimp’s net list growth.
- Attributed revenue (USD)
- Revenue Segmetrics credits to a source under full-funnel attribution — used for shares/comparisons only. Money truth is Digistore.
- Engagement
- Teachable progress for the course enrollments created in the window (a Digistore purchase auto-enrolls the buyer). “Never started” = enrolled, 0% complete.
- Website behaviour
- PostHog events from the new site only (site=new, env=production), aggregated — no personal data reaches this page.
